I built JCM Law around that problem. I defend people whose license is on the line, and I handle the criminal case with the licensing consequences in view from the first meeting. That means knowing which dispositions trigger a reporting duty, which ones a board reads as an admission, and which ones leave a credential intact.

My practice centers on DUI defense, record restriction, and family violence cases throughout metro Atlanta. I file motions rather than trade letters with the prosecutor, and I prepare each case as though it will be tried. I also serve as appointed defense counsel in Gwinnett County, which keeps me in front of the same judges and prosecutors week after week.
