Biography
Attorney Jennifer M. Spear has years of legal experience as a prosecutor, a family law attorney, and criminal defense attorney.
She graduated magna cum laude from her undergrad where she majored in Criminal Justice. While in law school, Attorney Spear was President of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund (SALDF) for two years. Her active leadership allowed SALDF’s members to earn a Dean’s Award for outstanding civil service. Attorney Spear was also elected as a Peer Mentor where she was awarded yet another Dean’s Award and an award for Outstanding Peer Mentor. She was also a Fulton County Courthouse Ambassador where she received an Outstanding Service award for her work at the Courthouse.
In her personal life she is the divorced mom of an autistic teenage girl.
