Ace Attorney

Mr. Cummings went above and beyond in representation. His warm , caring manner was evident throughout. He stood up for my son and fought for him every step of the way. Highly reccommended

A true sophos

Mr. Cummings is a profound practitioner of law. A lawyers job is to dissect the grammar, logic, and rhetoric of the case, person, and state. Phillip Cummings, did this well; Aristotle would of been proud. Mr. Cummings never ceased to be well dressed, well articulated, well received, and well educated.... I am ever so grateful for the role this man played in my case/life. Mr. Cummings is a very rational & logical man.

Excellent, thorough, caring, diligent

Our family could not have asked for a better attorney. When you find yourself navigating in unknown legal territory, it is comforting to have a skilled attorney like Mr. Cummings walking through the situation with you. He is upfront and honest. He communicates well with clients, and he is respected ...in the courtroom.

Do Not Hire!

You get what you pay for. Philip Cummings is by far the most careless, disorganized attorney. He put zero effort into my case and almost made me lose everything. Stay away from this guy, he will destroy your case!
