In 2015, my family of 5 with 3 small children was involved in an automobile accident in which another driver/vehicle was at fault. Following the accident, our family was left without the main family vehicle for over 3 months as we tried futilely to reach out and work with the other drivers insurance... company to resolve a claim to repair our car.
