In 2015, my family of 5 with 3 small children was involved in an automobile accident in which another driver/vehicle was at fault. Following the accident, our family was left without the main family vehicle for over 3 months as we tried futilely to reach out and work with the other drivers insurance... company to resolve a claim to repair our car. We left multiple messages and sent letters to the insured motorists claims department to no avail. Out of frustration, I called Attorney Ben Musgrove to see what our options where to get this issue resolved, and to have our car repaired. Transporting a family of five with busy children and two working parents with one vehicle had taxed us mentally and emotionally. Less than two weeks later our car was in the shop being repaired, and the medical bills from two children's trips to the ER where being negotiated for payment.
