At first Mr. lilly seems nice and willing to work with you on payments. However, buyer beware! This is a horrible lawyer. I came to him for an emergency custody hearing. When the judge asked how long he needed to state my case he stated 15 min while opposing counsil stated 2 hrs. Really?? I bro...ught him a ton of evidence and none of it was used. Obvously I lost the temporary custody hearing. His legal knowledge is minimal at best. This lawyer simply doesnt care and lacks the passion to do the work required to win. Lazy, none responsive, a Liar, and he doesn't care. He just wants to get paid. Needless to say I got another lawyer for my final hearing. EVERYTHING MR. LILLY TOLD ME NOT TO DO MY NEW LAWYER TO ME TO MAKE SURE THAT I DO IT. As a father I was told I would not get custody of my children. If I had stayed with Mr. Lilly I would NOT have my children today. I now have primary custoday of my children because I didnt stick with Mr. Lilly. If you want a lawyer who has the balls to fight for you, he is NOT it. Mr. Lilly is easily pushed around by other lawyers. Please, if you are looking for a REAL lawyer, go with someone else.

This lawyer should not be in business. Less than poor quality. Unresponsive, not knowledgable, not trustworthy, does not stand up for your rights. When asked why he did not use any of our evidence he claimed he was saving it for the next hearing. Well, the next hearing the judge said we should have u...sed the evidence at the initial hearing. We could have one from the beginning but because of this attorney's poor advice and poor guidance it ended up costing a lot more because of the several hearings we needed to rectify his mistakes. He was highly submissive to opposing counsel. Not only do the sharks eat him alive, so do the gold fish and guppies. I don't normally write reviews but I hope this would save some people from making the same mistake I did. We hired a different attorney and won.
