Biography
Successfully representing clients in resolving complex Federal and Georgia State cases since 1992.; . Federal cases are complex and a client needs an experienced attorney to navigate the federal criminal justice system successfully. We specialize in federal cases including complex fraud, drug and child pornography cases. Attorney Shein is a former federal probation officer with a Masters degree from Nova University in counseling psychology. Our firm provides full representation in all Federal cases including pre trial, plea , sentencing and appeals. We understand what it takes to l resolve your case successfully and we pride ourselves on honestly communicating successful case strategy information with the client.
Attorney Shein has taught criminal justice classes for Kaplan University in Chicago, Troy State in Alabama and Broward Community college in South Florida. She has spoken before many bar associations and on television including but not limited to the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense lawyers, the Tennessee Criminal Defense Lawyers etc. Attorney Shein is a life member of NACDL and the president of GACDL 2013. The firm of Shein and Brandenburg and the Federal Criminal Law Center works hard for our clients in helping them navigate the troubled waters of the federal criminal justice system.
