OUTCOME: Charges dismissed

This was a case where our client was accused in federal court of setting off a bomb that killed a child. The government spent four years investigating before charging our client who had mental health p ... roblems. We got the case and after a thorough investigation of our own proved the client was innocent. Charges were dismissed. We also have done many federal pre trial cases that end well and appeals that have overturned the conviction or sentence.
