An ally when you need one!

Marlon is the best! I was involved in a car accident in November of 2019 and had severe bruising afterwards. It wasn’t pretty, but I had no breaks or tears and didn’t think it would be a high-value case. Marlon disagreed. His extensive experience has shown him how that type of injury can have deeper ...effects that emerge over time, and boy was he right. Over a few months I ended up with knee issues (still present) and nerve damage. He helped me find a wonderful PT and I underwent imaging and injections. The bills still weren’t high, and insurance wasn’t even offering to pay enough to cover them. Marlon kept me constantly informed about the conversations he was having with the insurance company, and knew that if I was ok to wait and be patient, they would come around. I understand that not everyone can afford to wait, and I was very lucky to be able to. It took just over 2 years, but the insurance company agreed to pay limits, and then some. During that time I was able to seek care and do PT and know that Marlon would see to it that I got those costs back with the settlement. Marlon’s transparency and encouragement made me feel like I was doing the right thing the whole time, and I trusted that everything he suggested was in my best interest. I can’t even tell you how many times he told me “The important thing is getting you better.” He cares deeply about his clients, he knows everything there is to know about the processes and the insurance carriers, and I felt extremely comfortable with his expertise. I went into our first meeting thinking my injuries weren’t a big deal, and I’m so glad that he encouraged me to take the time to make sure I was ok before accepting the first (super low) offers. Sure enough, I needed more care than I initially expected, and got the care I needed without fear that I would go into debt for it. I can’t recommend him highly enough, he was such a great resource and friend during a nerve-wracking time (no pun intended). Should you be unlucky enough to need a great attorney, Marlon will absolutely make the whole process painless (no pun intended again haha) and do everything he can to make sure you’re taken care of.

Highly Recommend

We were referred to the Rhine Law Firm by another attorney to handle a personal injury case, and were extremely pleased with the representation by Marlon and his team. He responded to our calls and e-mails promptly, always was patient and answered our numerous questions, and gave us the pros and cons... of any decisions we needed to make. Our case was settled in mediation (after 18 months) without even longer discovery and litigation process. We would highly recommend Marlon Rhine and his team to anyone who is looking for an honest, extremely intelligent and client-oriented attorney! I have worked as legal assistant/paralegal my entire career for much larger firms and would definitely choose the Rhine Law Firm again if needed.

I have worked with Marlon in the past and find him to be exceedingly knowledgeable and proficient in every area of the law in which he specializes. He works diligently on behalf of his clients and does everything he can to further their interests. Marlon has even assisted me on numerous occasions wh...en I had questions regarding business formation or personal injury litigation. Detail Oriented; Quick Turnaround; Helping me stay safe

I talked with Marlon based off a recommendation from a business partner of mine. I needed some contracts reviewed for my business in a timely manner so I figured I would let him take a shot at everything I needed done. AMAZING job! I could not be happier with the end product Marlon and his team we...re able to give me. Everything I had them look over was critiqued perfectly and he noticed things about my contracts that other lawyers in the past hadn't noticed.
