I could not have had a better attorney than Susan Levy!

Susan was able to do more for me in 2 days than I was able to do for myself in 6 months! I was referred to Susan after having much difficulty with getting my application properly reviewed by the GA Secretary of State Licensing Board. Susan handled my case with such efficiency and care. She displayed professionalism with both myself and with the State Board. As a result of this and her relationships, Susan was able to coordinate a meeting with a key Executive and advocated on my behalf. The outcome was that I was able to get my application properly reviewed and approved based on the requirements that I fulfilled!

I am the founding partner of Levy Pruett Cullen. A proud native of Pittsburgh, PA, I received my BA from Cornell University and graduated with distinction from Emory Law School. I spent two years as a law clerk for Honorable Jack T. Camp, U.S. District Judge for the Northern District of Georgia. Following my clerkship, I joined the Georgia Attorney General's office and immediately began defending wrongful death and personal injury cases throughout the State for the Georgia Department of Transportation.

After four years with the AG’s office and two years in private practice, I started my own firm. An AV-rated lawyer, I have had a remarkable record in court, winning almost every case I have taken to trial. I expanded my practice several years ago when Fran Cullen and I joined forces. A significant part of my practice now includes representing physicians, dentists, nurses, pharmacists, psychologists, professional counselors, teachers, and other professionals with professional licensing issues.

I am an active member of the Georgia Bar Association, DeKalb Bar Association, Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, Georgia Society of Healthcare Risk Managers, Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, and The American Association of Nurse Attorneys.

For the past 6 years, I have served on the Atlanta Jewish Film Festival selection committee and I am an active member of Congregation Bet Haverim in Decatur, where I reside. An avid Pittsburgh sports fan, I bleed black and gold.

Highly Recommend

We retained Susan to protect our interests in an insurance claim where the amount of the claim could have exceeded our policy limits and put our assets at risk. Susan did a fabulous job interacting with counsel representing our insurance company and communicating with us along the way. She also had great compassion for our situation. Her knowledge of the law and her own personal style made us feel extremely well represented during the entire process. We would highly recommend Susan Levy.

Highly Recommend

Susan has handled cases for me the better part of the last decade and she is certainly one of the best. Her work product is very detailed and she does a great job of providing the best course of action throughout the legal process. THE BEST

I have worked with Susan Levy for at least ten years. I have to say, among other things she is a "JOY" to work with. Most attorneys in my 35 years of experience are all ego. They hate to be told to do anything differently. They do not take criticism very well. They are what they are, and as a result they seldom improve. Kind of like watching Al Pacino in any role. Always the same, always thinks he is IT, and he is just ok, in my humble estimation. Susan Levy works at getting better. I have watched her prepare for trial with Jeri Kagel, another wonderful "asset" in this buiness, and each time she does, she tries to understand how to do things better, to become a better lawyer, to rise to the particular occasion. In this she is ONE OF A KIND. All you have to do is look at her success in the courtroom. Look at it geographically. I would not be afraid to send her anywhere, to handle any matter. She is really THAT good. Susan is one of the BEST attorneys I have worked with, and I would recommend her to anyone. She will WIN your case. She will get the best outcome. She will work hard to do what you want.
