Making a Difficult Time Easier

Honestly, I wouldnt use anyone else. My experience was as great as a terrible time in my life could have been. Ms. Marum gave brilliant guidance and offered solutions that I wouldnt have thought of otherwise. She was able to get to the bottom of what I truly wanted and needed for my young son and I. ...There were very delicate issues dealing with addiction, but Ms. Marum was able to navigate those issues well and provided support for the fact that I wanted to give my ex every opportunity to see our son, but wanted the security of making sure that relationship was a safe and healthy one. I honestly would recommend Ms. Marum to anyone navigating a difficult or complex divorce.

My Divorce Case

In 2011, I realized that i urgently needed a Divorce Attorney, Ms Elizabeth Marum was highly recommended to me, by another Attorney. I had attempted to retain other lawyers without success because of the difficult nature of my case. Ms. Marum was affordable, and very professional in dealing with my d...ifficult case. There were several aspects of the case that she handled proficiently. I was very pleased with the outcome of the case. I highly recommend Ms. Elizabeth Marum to anyone seeking a divorce.

Rice vs. Clark

Elizabeth Marum came highly recommended from a friend and after my case, I understand why. She was very up front about how my case my proceed, the information that she would need from me, the possible outcomes, and ever detail on the pricing of everything regarding my out of pocket costs. She built... a very strong case for me and in the end I received a favorable outcome from the judge. I have referred her to several friends and would use her services again in the future if ever needed.

Single Dad keeps custody using Ms. Elizabeth Marum

The custody of my child was challenged, by the child`s mother after two years of being the custodial parent. My attorney was Ms. Elizabeth Marum who was recommended to me by a trusted professional in the legal field. Ms. Elizabeth Marum first had the case immediately transferred to the original (pro...per) Family Court Judge in Marietta. She then recommended, arranged and negotiated a successful `Mediation`, without having to go to Family Court. Ms.Marum`s skills as an attorney allowed me to maintain custody and actually closed loopholes of important parental decisions in Education, Church, Major Medical, and Visitation in my favor. Also, she completed the total process in a timely and professional manner, while staying (perfectly) in a reasonable budget, so I never went outside the initial financial estimate. I recommend her services to everyone, especially to Father`s, since we are challenged, usually more so, in custody cases.
