Donald Horace was not only a knowledgeable and professional lawyer, but a compassionate one as well. When my case came to a halt due to the sudden closing of the court during the COVID crisis in 2020, he always demonstrated understanding of my frustration and made sure I was well informed of any prog...ress and/or set backs. He also tried his best to do things in a cost effective manner and was very transparent regarding the outcomes that I wanted in my case. While he may not have the reviews and high retainer fees of some other lawyers, he is just as knowledgeable and experienced. Furthermore, he provided reassurance when I needed it most and insisted that no matter what things looked like, our evidence was concrete and the judge would grant our wishes. He was right. Please do not let other negative reviews deter you from hiring professional and affordable representation!

THIS PERSON IS OBVIOUSLY DOING BAD FINANCIALLY...i.e. BROKE! Do not .... DO NOT...DO NOT have this person represent you or allow him anywhere NEAR your case! If he is appointed to your case by a judge...BEG THE JUDGE TO CHOOSE A DIFFERENT person immediately!! DO NOT WAIT TILL WEEKS OR MONTHS LATER! I...f you see positive reviews they are likely written by him or someone that he has asked to write something positive to boost his rating. As another reviewer stated...he will do anything possible to prolong your case so that he can get paid more money by YOU! He will bill you for things he has not done as well as attempt to cause more conflict between you and the opposing party. He will even lie to keep the conflict brewing. As long as you and the opposing party are in conflict, the case drags = he gets more money. STAY AWAY...STAY AWAY! I wish I could give a negative 5 star.
