Excellent explanations and anticipation of our needs!
Cynthia Mead patiently listened to our situation and asked questions that helped my husband and I think of all kinds of angles and useful alternatives to our rather feeble understanding of our estate and end of life care. She allowed us time to answer preliminary questions and look up our previous documents so that when we met with her we didn't have to make a lot of difficult decisions on the spot. She is experienced in dealing with long-term care, estate planning, care for our children and grandchildren, all explained in terminology that addresses just what we need to do now in our 50s in contingencies for later.
When we got to the signing process, Cynthia was still patient, going over each place we needed to sign as much as needed so that we knew what we were doing.
We left each meeting knowing we had accomplished so much in areas we had not even considered important beforehand, having little experience with such thorough planning.
We also know that she is willing to address changes that come along in our lives as they happen, such as when I inherited land from my father after his death. We didn't anticipate this at the time we planned our wills, but were grateful that Cynthia knew what to do with the papers we received, and was even willing to contact an out of state attorney to get the complete scenario.
We have recommended Cynthia to friends and associates and will continue to do so.
If you are looking for an attorney who will respond quickly and provide you the assistance you need, look no further. Ms. Mead has provided my family with quality information, queried her colleagues on our behalf and helped us find resources to navigate a Medicare insurance issue.
I founded The Mead Law Firm, LLC, to provide high quality Elder Law and Estate Planning services with a personal touch. I enjoy getting to know my clients and their families and working with them to design custom solutions tailored to their unique circumstances.

"Cynthia is a skilled attorney who can help families plan for or address a huge array of challenges that come with the aging, death, or disability of a family member. I am very grateful to count her as a friend and mentor here in the Georgia elder law community, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needed her services."
