Denise Danielle Vanlanduyt

Number one, Denise is extremely terrible at being responsive. She will say she is going to do something and get back to you in two weeks - two weeks rolls around, and NO response - this happened repeatedly, over a 9 month period. Number two, she filed something on my behalf, that according to three o...ther Attorney’s, wasn’t going to win my case, and wasn’t even representative of my case, to begin with! In fact, after the ruling, this went to the Court of Appeals, and it was ruled that SHE had to pay the attorney fees for the defendant. She strung me along for two years, and she knowingly filed something that wouldn’t win my case. Moreover, she just filed ‘something’ - because I was going to collect all my files the next day and take them to another attorney - because after a year and a half of being told she, ‘was going to file’ and NOT doing it, I’d decided it was time to go somewhere else for representation. So to keep me and my money, she just, as I said above, filed nonsense. I hope you really consider this review, before hiring her. I also read a bad review about her, before I officially hired her, and thought maybe it was just a disgruntled client that was upset they didn’t win. I wish I had headed the review more, obviously.
