Denise did not even say Hello to me when she came into the room where I was delivering my papers. Her staff called me several times for documents that I had already delivered--and 2 weeks after I thought they had already prepared interrogatories. They never did the interrogatories. I had to ask he...r 5 times (several in writing) to make a specific offer for settlement to my now ex before she did it. Several hundreds of dollars later, Denise made the offer which was accepted in whole in 20 minutes. Nothing that she represented to me that I "should be able to get" in my divorce, did she get. She never applied for a temporary hearing which she said she would before I paid her $5,000. She was so compassionate and friendly before I retained her, then brusque and impersonal afterward.

I am very satisfied with the resulting parenting plan and feel it was worth the time and resources invested. I would definitely hire Denise again, but sincerely hope I do not have to!
