Where do I begin......I’ve been involved in an egregious, nightmare of a custody case for 5+ years. It was the most convoluted, twisted, tangled mess any lawyer had ever seen. A mother’s worse pain. Denise helped me successfully modify our parenting plan. Ultimately, I was able to achieve almost all of the provisions I sought and we avoided a trial. Unfortunately, it was a very challenging co-parenting situation, protracted over several years, that led me to seek legal support. The origin...al parenting plan was poorly constructed and left a lot of room for conflict. Denise helped me draft a new plan that met our needs and then go through the process of trying to settled with the other parent and counsel before trial. It was a grueling and stressful process, but Denise was there to provide advice and suggestions each step of the way. She understood the emotional aspects of the dynamics that had led us to the impasse. Denise helped me navigate these and prevented me from getting tripped up on matters that were ultimately of minor significance. I also think she maintained a fair and balanced perspective throughout the process and was able to speak with me in a direct, yet respectful and considerate manner. I am very satisfied with the resulting parenting plan and feel it was worth the time and resources invested. I would definitely hire Denise again, but sincerely hope I do not have to!
