This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
Interim suspension means an attorney lost his or her license to practice during a disciplinary investigation. The suspension typically expires when the investigation is resolved.
Randy’s comment: “Mr. Sabatini was suspended for not timely responding to a complaint. Once he responded, it was found to be sufficient and he was immediately reinstated after 35 days. The incident occurred while Mr. Sabatini was in practice handling real estate closings. Mr. Sabatini has a fine reputation in the family law community and is known to be a hard working upstanding attorney.”

After an initial consultation with (3) highly recommended divorce attorneys, I hired Randy due to his professionalism , image, and his direct, no nonsense approach, thinking that's who I want representing me in a courtroom. He did not disappoint. The impact of divorce was far greater than I ever imagined, with much anxiety and uncertainty, with major impact regarding every aspect of your life - your wife, your home, your job, your assets, and most importantly the kids. Randy gave me sound advice and options throughout the process, and filed motions with the court that ultimately contributed to a settlement in mediation without having to go through the painful and expensive, time consuming process of an actual trial. In the end, I feel like we accomplished what is best for me, but most importantly, best for my family. I would highly recommend Randy Sabatini to help you do the same for your family.

Going through a divorce at later stage in my life was more traumatic than I would have ever believed. Randy's experience with, and knowledge of Georgia divorce law helped me understand my legal rights and what my options were to either settle, mediate, or go to court. With Randy's help, guidance, advice and strategy we were able to reach a settlement agreement without ever having to go to mediation or court. The best thing about Randy was his emphasis on preparation from day one, especially my financials. He gave me a sense of confidence and knowledge that allowed me to take some strong positions as we finalized settlement agreement negotiations. Not only is he is a great lawyer with the tenacity of a bulldog but he couldn't be more approachable and has a terrific sense of humor which are qualities and traits that certainly work to his clients benefit.

Randy represented me in my divorce case, and went above and beyond to help me get a great settlement. I had consulted with two other family law attorneys before meeting Randy, and they both told me to not even bother asking for alimony because I had too much education and made too much money. Randy not only listened to me, but he got me the alimony that the other attorneys did not even want to pursue. This was in addition to all of the other components of the agreement that he was able to negotiate, including my house. Randy is a very sharp, assertive, hardworking, and knowledgeable attorney who also happens to listen to his clients with empathy. He knows the family court system extremely well, and is very truthful and realistic with his clients' expectations. I could not have asked for a better attorney, and I will continue to retain his services for any other issues that may arise in the future.
