Randy Scott Sabatini

I hired Randy based on the 5 star reviews here. But my experience is completely opposite. After the initial booking, Randy was very hard to get a hold of. He did not even hear my case fully. His paralegals are always busy with other meetings and will get back to me after a day or so. They "forgot" to... send me time sensitive updates from the opposing counsel and I had to find it much later when it is too late. When asked, his response is our response won't make any difference anyways. That is something that has to be consulted with me and not for his to decide on his own. Finally when a hearing is scheduled in a month, I am not able to get hold of him for 3 weeks despite me calling his office several times a week. A week before the hearing, he is still not prepared for the hearing and having no way of knowing if he ever will, I changed him, pleaded to the court for a new date and found another attorney. One thing Randy and this firm is good is on the billing - for literally no significant outcome I spent a lot of money just for their administrative stuff.

Randy was my attorney through a very nasty divorce. He constantly kept me updated, was honest at every turn, was more than fair with the charges on my account, and I was able to walk out of court with my head held high because of him. He also was my attorney through a brief custody case and once agai...n, he was wonderful to work with. I would recommend him to anyone.

As awful as the divorce process is, Randy made each step as ok as possible for me. He was extremely patient when I was angry and needed to vent. He was very informative and stated the facts; he reviewed the information with me-no matter how many times I asked. He gave me tips on how to keep the costs... down. He helped me be able to look at the bigger picture of the future rather than the immediate impact. Everyone in his office was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend him for anyone needing a divorce attorney.
