I had a case that was 10 years old and got tired of living in fear. I was being charged with identity theft. I had an active bench warrant out as well. When I was first charged in this case I could not afford an attorney and was given a Public Defender. I was innocent of the charges being brought a...gainst me but was told to plea out with the DA and get 1-3 years of jail time. Or, have the case go to trial where I could get 5 years if found guilty. I fled the state of Georgia. After 10 years I decided to proceed and see how about getting this case resolved.
