Attorney Sean J. McIlhinney is a seasoned criminal defense attorney with over 24 years of legal experience who has earned the reputation as of Georgia's best traffic ticket attorneys in the state! Sean holds a J.D. from Georgia State College of Law where he was on the Law Review and graduated with Honors, Cum Laude.
After graduating from law school in 1995, he joined King & Spaulding and worked as an attorney in the firm’s products liability division. Though he enjoyed his time spent there, he left the firm after three years to realize his dream and open his own law firm in 1999.
Sean has handled all types of criminal cases and has successfully defend clients accused of DUI, hit and run, and many other traffic violations. He has helped numeour clients fight their speeding tickets and avoid the far-reaching consequences of a traffic offense conviction.

A lawyer several hours away but also in NC called me to see what if anything could be done in NC to help his client who'd received a high speed ticket in Georgia. ( And who'd paid the ticket and was suspended by NCDMV.) I couldn't do anything in court or administratively to help his client so I told him I'd find a good lawyer in GA to consult. SO GLAD I found Mr McIlhinney- he was super nice to speak with and knows his stuff. It looks like he'll be hired to ropen the client's case...
