I had a case that was 10 years old and got tired of living in fear. I was being charged with identity theft. I had an active bench warrant out as well. When I was first charged in this case I could not afford an attorney and was given a Public Defender. I was innocent of the charges being brought a...gainst me but was told to plea out with the DA and get 1-3 years of jail time. Or, have the case go to trial where I could get 5 years if found guilty. I fled the state of Georgia. After 10 years I decided to proceed and see how about getting this case resolved. I contacted Scott and immediately he assured me he would get this thrown out and the charges dropped. "I was like yeah right". I had been running from the state of Georgia for 10 years and had an active bench warrant for my arrest. But after two months of Scott meeting and talking with people in the District Attorneys Office the charges were dropped.
