This was my first experience with an attorney and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. After looking at multiple firms and doing a consult with a few, it was clear that Randy Sabatini was going to be the best choice. From the time of my initial consultation, Randy hel...ped me to see what was most important in this process (my kids) and helped me to stay focused on that. On more than one occasion when the situation seemed overwhelming to me and i wanted to make something happen, he advised against any course of action that would have been a waste of time and money, reminding me of the original goal I had set forth. Randy Sabatini and his paralegal Shannon Gaines went above and beyond in my case. I had a very difficult divorce/custody battle with ex-spouse. While my ex spent a lot energy trying to bully and intimidate me, I had Randy and Shannon advising and protecting me from the mental warfare I found myself... in. Randy calmed me down when I was upset, assured me everything would be alright when I was scared. He and Shannon would bring me back down to Earth when I felt it was too much to handle. I do not know how I would have survived without Randy's brilliant legal representation. My calls were always responded to right away or at some point in the day. My emails were always answered promptly as well. This was the first time I had hired an Attorney, I didn't know what to expect. I was beyond taken care of by Stearns-Montgomery. There were several occasions that I would get a phone call over the weekend from Shannon Gaines, just to make sure I was okay. They both gave me the strength to fight the hardest battle I've ever been in. I won the custody battle. I won the monetary battle. I got exactly what Randy told me I would get at the beginning. I was not nickel and dimed over copies, phone calls, etc. He was very honest in all dealings. I felt more than protected having him as my Attorney. He went above and beyond for me. I know I asked a lot of silly questions, not once did he make me feel I was wasting a call. He and Shannon would explain everything to me....every minute detail.
