Randy Scott Sabatini

I hired Randy based on the 5 star reviews here. But my experience is completely opposite. After the initial booking, Randy was very hard to get a hold of. He did not even hear my case fully. His paralegals are always busy with other meetings and will get back to me after a day or so. They "forgot" to... send me time sensitive updates from the opposing counsel and I had to find it much later when it is too late. When asked, his response is our response won't make any difference anyways. That is something that has to be consulted with me and not for his to decide on his own. Finally when a hearing is scheduled in a month, I am not able to get hold of him for 3 weeks despite me calling his office several times a week. A week before the hearing, he is still not prepared for the hearing and having no way of knowing if he ever will, I changed him, pleaded to the court for a new date and found another attorney. One thing Randy and this firm is good is on the billing - for literally no significant outcome I spent a lot of money just for their administrative stuff.

I recently went through a divorce. There were several challenging (or so I thought) aspects to my divorce and I was completely lost, unable to think, or reason with what was going on in my life at that moment. From the very second I spoke with Randy I felt hope and reassurance that everything was goi...ng to be okay. Those challenges I mentioned earlier slowly became nonexistent. He will always tell you EXACTLY what you need to know, not what you want to hear. There were several times where my anxiety flared up throughout the process and he was always willing and able to talk me through things. Even if that meant answering a weekend phone call or taking time to pull me aside and coach me through whatever issue we were presented with. He was a champ in our mediation and ensured I walked away happy and that I was treated fairly. He was a Godsend and I will always be thankful for everything he and his staff achieved for me. His team of paralegals are top notch as well. I never once felt like I was in the dark. They were very good about sending regular updates and keeping me well informed. If you want to protect yourself and hire an attorney that will advocate for you then Randy is the attorney for you.

Randy was very patient with me during my extremely stressful divorce and child custody case where things can feel very unfair and biased at times. Divorce and custody law is not emotional, it is a very strategic endeavor and Randy was very direct with me on how to position myself for success amidst ...the many emotions that were running high through my case. Every challenge we faced from opposing counsel, I wound up on the winner's podium. My only regret is not having hired Randy first as I would have been even better off and divorced even sooner. I appreciate his candid feedback and calls to check in at critical points such as when my toddler went for his first supervised visit with my abusive ex. Randy cares about the people he represents and listening to him and shifting my own mindset to be aligned with his was paramount. Thank you Randy and team for helping me not only reach a settlement and put this behind me for now, but also helping me gain some important life skills I am going to carry forward. I will hire Randy and team again when the time comes and until then I might visit his office with a chocolate pie every now and then. Thank you!

My attorney went above and beyond to help me with my divorce. He was helpful in getting me everything I wanted. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a hard case where the other side isn't cooperative that's when you really want Randy on your side. He's been great to work with. The whole staff ...has been a pleasure to work with.
