I found Mr. Hicks via a referral from a friend. He came highly recommended and by the end of our initial consult I was very glad I made the call. I live in Houston but visited friends for a weekend in Atlanta. Driving back, state troopers pulled me over and slapped a hefty $300.00 fine on me for spee...ding. Here begins my dilemma. I got back home and started biting my nails because I have a perfect driving record and wanted it to stay that way. Besides, I didn't want to have to fly back to GA to handle a speeding ticket. Furthermore, I didn't want to hire an attorney. Researched the county law on first time offenders and found them to be pretty strict.
