If you have a serious case or your legal matter is important to you, I strongly recommend that you DO NOT retain Mr. Hick's for your legal matters. Mr. Hicks provided little insight and was not confident about the facts in my case when going forward in court. When I consulted with Mr. Hicks prior to... hiring him, he appeared acknowledgeable and eager to represent me in court. However once my first payment was made, he came off very non nonchalant , combative and showed very low interest in my legal case. Mr. Hicks could improve his practice by remaining professional. personable and holding his client's to a high regard throughout the entire process. I would not recommend this lawyer.

I wanted to send him flowers (or edible arrangements! Lol) but this is probably so much more fitting to express my gratitude for awesome service. Attorney Hicks was right on time for the service I needed. Literally I contacted him a day before my court date after I had exhausted all of my extension f...rom the judge. Price; he was about 10% less than all of the others I had inquired with. Attitude; calm and very collected with his thoughts during our conversation, even though I was a nervous wreck. Presentation; he came in on time, well groomed and personable. Even better than over the phone. And despite my lack on knowledge for what was happening with my case, he came in and promptly resolved it. I can't wait to share his information with others needing assistance. Best part, he ALWAYS amassed the phone. Not a secretary, not the voicemail, it's him, LIVE! Thank you so much for your service.

From Day 1 Mr. Hicks has always remained professional. Once Mr. Hicks confirmed that he was pretty confident in positively resolving my legal matter my payment was transffered. After doing so Mr. Hicks was very prompt in taking care of business and as promised got my matter resolved. I would defini...tely use Mr. Hicks service again and refer associates if need be.

My experience with Attorney Hicks was the WORST experience I have EVER had. No communication, no research, no investigation into the facts - NOTHING. Going into the trial no discovery information was shared with the person being prosecuted so Of course the outcome was negative. To top it off he fi...led a small claims case for his balance knowing the person he represented was incarcerated!!!!!! UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY. He might be good for a traffic or J-walking ticket.
