Our family hired Atty Hicks to represent our son in a drug case. He is the most knowledgeable, profession, well connected and experienced Atty that Georgia has! I interviewed a couple of lawyers to handle my situation, but Mr. Hicks really got to know me on a personal level rather than what was on the police report. He was very attentive and always answered my questions, and walked me through the court process. I can't thank him enough for everything he did.... I have and will recommend him to everyone I know. My experience with Attorney Hicks was the WORST experience I have EVER had. No communication, no research, no investigation into the facts - NOTHING. Going into the trial no discovery information was shared with the person being prosecuted so Of course the outcome was negative. To top it off he fi...led a small claims case for his balance knowing the person he represented was incarcerated!!!!!! UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY. He might be good for a traffic or J-walking ticket.
