Mr hicks was the best attorney I ever had!!! I hired him twice. First I was in jail in another county I had court date coming up and I couldn't get them to give me a new court date they wanted to hold me in the other jail. Around 4:30pm the day before court I hired mr hicks. He went to Fayetteville a...nd got s continuance. He was always professional and a kind man. I was facing 9 months in jail for my 5th driving without a license. Everybody knows Fayetteville doesn't play!!! He was never late always on time and continuous communication!!! He worked everything out to where I recieved $140.00 fine and that's it!!! I'm so happy with the outcome!!! He's a great guy!!! Thank you so much mr. Hicks thank you!!! I didn't know what I would do without you!!!

My experience with Attorney Hicks was the WORST experience I have EVER had. No communication, no research, no investigation into the facts - NOTHING. Going into the trial no discovery information was shared with the person being prosecuted so Of course the outcome was negative. To top it off he fi...led a small claims case for his balance knowing the person he represented was incarcerated!!!!!! UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY. He might be good for a traffic or J-walking ticket.

Attorney Hicks has helped me on two occasions both involving traffic violations. Attorney Hicks had one traffic violation dismissed and the other violation's fee lowered with out any points added to my driving record. I would definitely use his services again as well as recommend him for his ...fees are considerably low, he keeps me informed about any changes in up coming court dates and briefs me on what to expect.

I found Mr. Hicks via a referral from a friend. He came highly recommended and by the end of our initial consult I was very glad I made the call. I live in Houston but visited friends for a weekend in Atlanta. Driving back, state troopers pulled me over and slapped a hefty $300.00 fine on me for spee...ding. Here begins my dilemma. I got back home and started biting my nails because I have a perfect driving record and wanted it to stay that way. Besides, I didn't want to have to fly back to GA to handle a speeding ticket. Furthermore, I didn't want to hire an attorney. Researched the county law on first time offenders and found them to be pretty strict. So as I shared my sob story with a friend of mine, he volunteered Mr. Hicks' information and told me to call him ASAP. Called and by the next week he had information for me. He did mention that Coweeta County was not cooperative with me being set up on a diversionary program plus they were giving him a hard time getting back to him. The next time I spoke with him, he told me he had to drive an hour to the court to speak with the solicitor who told him a solid no on the diversion. So alas, I had to buy a ticket and fly out. However, I am very pleased to say that we got to court and the diversion was awarded. I actually heard the solicitor ask if I'm paying for Mr. Hicks' service since he was so diligent and went above and beyond to ensure I got my diversion. By the way, he only charged me a very reasonable fee of $100.00. Came back home to Houston, did my driver's ed and ticket dismissed. Perfect driving record upheld!
