I recently used Thomas for some estate planning work. He was great to work with. He explained everything very clearly, was prompt to reply to my follow-up questions and prepared the documents in a timely manner. His paralegals Clair and Monica were great to work with as well. First class organiza...tion and I would definitely recommend them.

Speeding Citation

I was driving through Charlotte (I-85) while on business; got nabbed in a speed trap in Gaston County. I did a thorough search of local attorney firms; Nosal & Jeter was the only firm to respond to my inquiries. They work quickly and easily (via email); very efficient operation. My citation was kn...ocked down to Improper Equipment; meaning a non-moving violation, so no points. Save the time and effort and hire this firm if you have a similar issue. They're well worth the modest fee.

Will & POA for newly-married couple

My husband and I just got married a few months ago, and neither of us had a will. After reading the great reviews online, I contacted Nosal & Jeter via email on their site, and I heard back from them the next day. We scheduled an appointment and met with Mr. Jeter to review what we needed, and he had... great knowledge and recommendations for our situation. They promptly sent over the documents for our review, and we scheduled another time to go back in and sign them. Mr. Jeter and the entire staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, especially considering we were a little out of our element!
