Thomas C. Jeter III is a partner in the Charlotte office of Nosal & Jeter, LLP and focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate administration, corporate formation law, business succession and wealth transfer planning, asset protection, and traffic law.
The law partners of Nosal & Jeter, LLP first met each other as classmates at the University of South Carolina School of Law. Before partnering with Mr. Nosal, Mr. Jeter worked as an associate in a Huntersville, NC law firm.
A member of the North Carolina Bar and U.S. District Court Western District North Carolina, Mr. Jeter is also a member of the American Bar Association and Mecklenburg County Bar Association. Mr. Jeter earned a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law graduating cum laude. During law school, he served as Research Editor for the ABA Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal. Mr. Jeter earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Davidson College. While at Davidson, Mr. Jeter played on the men’s varsity tennis team and was a member of the Kappa Alpha Order. Mr. Jeter resides in Charlotte and is still an avid tennis player.
