Although it took one year for it to be resolved (to no fault of this law firm or attorney, but instead the court system itself in a small SC town, Mr. Nosal was able to get my speeding ticket of 15+ mph over without any points or fines to my license. After several cars whizzed by me on I95 clesrly going over the speed limit, I went to pass a slower moving van pulling a trailer, so got into the fast lane. Several cars came up behind me, pushing me to go faster, which I did to avoid the tailgating or road rage. As we came over the overpass, an offi...cer was getting into his car. I got around the vehicle and back into the right lane and reduced my speed back to the limit. I saw the police car coming up and several cars that had slowed down actually thought they were caught. I thought that too, but more so the earlier cars that passed me before I passed the moving truck. He actually pulled me. I was genuinely shocked he didn't go after those earlier cars as they we clearly going way over the speed limit. I even told the officer of my surprise, given the tailgating, and the earlier cars going way faster. I don't like to argue with officers, especially trying to get home to Florida. I decided to contact Mr Nosal's office for help. I am happy to say, Mr. Nasal did an amazing job at getting the ticket reduced to no points and settled. I was very satisfied with the entire team helping me and keeping me informed of the status, steps, and outcome during this stressful ordeal.
