Before founding Nosal & Jeter, LLP, Mr. Nosal was a Solo Practitioner concentrating in Corporate Law, Tax and Estate Planning, and Traffic Law. The partnership with Mr. Jeter allows both attorneys to fully serve clients with business and property interests in South Carolina and North Carolina. In addition to his private legal practice, Mr. Nosal proudly practices law as a JAG Officer in the South Carolina Army National Guard.

Citation Dismissed!
I received a speeding violation in SC. Being out of state I knew I needed representation and hired Mr. Nosal. I was communicated with each step of the way with all of my questions answered. Moving Violation
I hired Nosal And Jeter to negotiate a deal on a moving violation I received in South Carolina. As a CDL holder it was imperative to seek legal representation to resolve this matter. They did what they said they would do. I hope I never need their services again but if I do I absolutely will.
