Received a speed trap ticket for 65mph in a 45mph. Officer told me that the vehicle he tagged didn't stop but since I did, it was just going to be my bad luck. Do not think this is cheap or low-quality because I can promise you that none of us who have hired him received either. I now have his information in my file in case we ever need him again.

I recently traveled to Jasper County, SC in a rental vehicle. I was stopped and cited for speeding. I live four hours away and decided to find a local attorney to address this matter. I went to an attorneys office in Beaufort, SC that specializes in citations. The office looked at the citation and ad...vised me to "Pay and attend a drivers class" as this officer (who they knew by name) would never agree to anything other than what was on the ticket. I was told he was a hard-nose. I called another firm in Walterboro, SC and was told there was nothing more he could do as the moving violation was already lowered.
