Excellent attorney

I used Mr. Phillips for my divorce. He was patient and listened to my needs and questions. He also took the time to help me understand the law. I would use him again and I have recommended him to friends.

Not Forthcoming About Cost Or Length Of Case

I am currently being represented in a pretty complex divorce by Mr. Phillips he will make you promises he can't keep like you will get the house, my ex would be financially responsible for helping me, my ex would pay for my retainer/fees, and made it seem like it would only be a short time until my d...ivorce is final. None of which he made happen!

If this is an actual client, then none of the post is accurate, other than the fact that it may involve a pending divorce. Promises are never made to a client in a case. The possible outcomes in a case are always provided to a client, but no assertions concerning the final result of a case can be, or should be, given to a client. Assuming this was posted by an actual client, then that client must have failed to grasp the nature of the case and the difficulty of the case. If this client, assuming it is a client, has any concerns, then another attorney may be better suited to represent that person's interests in the case. Yet, no client has advised my office of any questions or concerns regarding the issues set forth in the post.

Very reassuring advice

Mr. Phillips' answer to my posted question made me feel so much better. I read the reviews that were posted about him, and it would be awesome if I could afford an attorney's services to have on call, because Mr. Phillips' sounds like the attorney I would choose to help me with matters regarding my ...ex-husband and custody issues. Thank you.

Changed Our Life!

Mr. William Phillips is an exceptionally, knowledgable attorney to work with. He was easy to discuss the details of our case and answered all questions regarding my husband adopting my daughter. William Phillips has been my attorney for over 10 years

William E. Phillips attorney at law has been a trusted law firm for my family and I for over ten years. Mr. Phillips is honest and forthcoming. I have referred other people to him over the years because it's very hard to find a good lawyer that can be trusted and is also affordable.
