Mr. Pilzer was extremely helpful. He knows what he is doing. That is for sure. I was out of work 2 years. Social Security denied me first and then I called Don. He got the job done!

Will SSD benefits be affected if I receive a vehicle accident settlement?

Hi Mr. Pilzer, thank you so much for your quick response! I have worked for the state of SC for 29 years and do have enough credits. I am very happy to know the settlement will not have an impact on SSD benefits. Although, I do not qualify for SSI benefits. Thanks again and have a wonderful day! ...

Disability

I had Don Pilzer law firm file my disability papers for me. I soon received my deny letter in the mail. I knew most people get turned down the first time. The law firm filed my appeal. I always received papers by mail of every document filed. Then it was hurry up and wait on a hearing date. Agai...n I knew this was the norm. I had a paralegal named Andrew that kept me informed. Before my hearing my atty, Kevin called to go over the case with me. I could have gone to his office but because of my health I was not able to. On the phone and at the hearing Kevin informed me that normally I would wait 60 days for the judges decision. I was a paralegal so I was use to be in court, but I was nervous. Kevin went over questions with me that may be ask and talked with me to calm my nerves. I was told in the hearing that my disability was granted. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Looking for a lawyer? Look no further !!!

Mr Pilzer handled my disability case and I was very satisfied with him as my lawyer. His assistant Carol was very courteous and prompt in getting in contact with me and giving me updates on my case. I highly recommend Don and his staff !!!

Outstanding and very professional

After receiving a letter from Social Security and being refused benefits, I contacted Mr. Pilzer. He reviewed my records and took my case on.
