I had Don Pilzer law firm file my disability papers for me. I soon received my deny letter in the mail. I knew most people get turned down the first time. The law firm filed my appeal. I always received papers by mail of every document filed. Then it was hurry up and wait on a hearing date. Agai...n I knew this was the norm. I had a paralegal named Andrew that kept me informed. Before my hearing my atty, Kevin called to go over the case with me. I could have gone to his office but because of my health I was not able to. On the phone and at the hearing Kevin informed me that normally I would wait 60 days for the judges decision. I was a paralegal so I was use to be in court, but I was nervous.
