I never thought I would need to hire a divorce attorney and then I found myself telling details of my marriage to Attorney Daryn Barker. So I’ve been in a situation for a while with the mother of my children which I will not go into deep detail about, however on September 25th, 2019 I was granted legal joint custody for my awesome children. Moving forward the mother had left the state of South Carolina prior to the hearing on 9/25, and with that being her 8th move in 5 different states I figured I would still have the upper hand. Wrong! Now although she wouldn’t be able to assist me because of a certain law in place (mom) has been gone for more than 6 months out of the state, however she gave me the best answer she could and I followed up the same day with the Clerk of Court in Florida where (mom) is located to get it resolved and what do you know boom all I have to do is get the order registered so it’ll be enforced, because (mom) is has been giving me an extremely hard time. There’s no words to express the gratitude I have for this woman/lady/superstar lawyer! Now understand this she offers a free consultation, I offered to pay she refused I offered again she refused again, and her last words were “I care about people” need I say more!
