My nightmare went on due Covid & court delays caused by my ex for almost 5 years. Throughout that time, Daryn, Andrew, and April, did amazing. Constant & quick communication whenever I had a problem, question, or any time anything arose. When D-day finally started, Daryn & Andrew were awesome. I was ...so scared for the possibility of losing because I didn’t want to get my hopes up, but they spent hours with me getting me ready, helping my witnesses gain confidence (with all of us having severe anxiety issues this is not easy trust me). Daryn always had my children’s best interest at heart, and never let even the smallest things like my ex forgetting their birthdays escape her cross examination. She took every opportunity to reassure me that we would be fine, we were prepared, and did SO much work and research to keep it that way. I will warn you, always be honest with her. Even if it won’t make you look good, trust me, she can work amazingly, but she can’t help overcome what she doesn’t know about. This process is not an easy one, but I will say it was made much better with her beside me. She was an absolute bulldog, never letting up. Trust me when I say, especially with kids, you want her on your side with you, not across from you. Andrew became involved towards the end of my case, but was amazing to offer fresh eyes and different ways of looking at things. Everyone always made sure me and my boys were good, and helped with any suggestions they could think of to make our case that much stronger. I got visitation ordered just the way I wanted, and I’m convinced this firm made the difference in that happening. I can never thank them enough for making my first holidays post divorce the best to come and finally ending my nightmare.
