Fantastic!
Anthony and Robin are absolutely wonderful. Robin was and still is very helpful with getting messages to Anthony in a timely manner. She is friendly and always with a positive attitude. Anthony listened to our concerns and wishes during a stressful time (i.e., my husband and I wanting more share time with his son). He did not waste any time (which equals our money), was down to business, and did not foster any false hopes. He explained what could be the best possible outcome and the worse possible outcome. With his expertise, we received as close to the best possible outcome as one could hope for. I highly recommend hiring Anthony if you are going through a divorce or have child custody issues.

Worth Every Dollar.
Anthony and his staff provided excellent legal services during my divorce. I would highly recommend Anthony and his staff of professionals to anyone.

Just so happy
Anthony really took my difficult case and treated me like his own family. My case was so stressful and he was so clear in his guidance that it was so much better than it seemed like it was going to be. I am so thankful.

Divorce & Custody Case
I was very impressed with Mr. LaMantia and his staff’s performance. From the beginning, Mr. LaMantia was honest with me and advised me as to what I could expect with regard to my case. I was advised right up front that if I ever had any questions or problems, that he is often in Court and unavailable, that he has full confidence in his staff and that his Paralegals could easily and efficiently handle my calls. I found Mr. LaMantia and his staff to be efficient, personable, polite and understanding of my “rough” days. A Paralegal began working almost immediately on my case. He and his staff had extensive knowledge and background in family law cases and I was “handled” with much care throughout my case. I would recommend Mr. LaMantia and his staff to anyone in need of honest, hardworking, knowledgeable and most importantly dedicated representation.

Flawless!
Anthony recently handled my divorce and custody case. I have to say that it was handled professionally and with respect for the difficulties my family was dealing with throughout the process. Anthony can be hard to get in touch with, but I always received an immediate response from a member of his staff. I have read the other reviews here, and am shocked by the claims made by some of the reviewers. These statements do not reflect my experience, nor that of my friend that referred me. I guess anybody can post anything when it is anonymous.

Child Custody for maternal grandparents
This was a difficult case as we are the grandparents of the child, however, Anthony was able to get my husband and I custody of our grand-daughter. He was kind, informative, and patient. He recommended a wonderfull therapist for her. His staff was kind and sympathic during the whole process.

Solid representation
I had a really difficult and involved divorce and custody case. He and his staff were awesome. They were with me every step of the way and gave me the help I needed through this difficult time. I cannot say enough good things about the work that was done for me.

Thank Goodness
Allison and Anthony saved me from a horrible situation. They were both kind, compassionate and fair, but fought like heck for me too! They were amazing!

A trustworthy lawyer with a measured approach
I came to Anthony because my marriage deteriorated while I was serving overseas in Afghanistan. Tony was amazing, and I knew that I had something special when he bought a webcam so that we could meet face-to-face (apparently, he says it's now a hit with all of his military clients). The thing that impressed me most was that Tony was measured. He didn't run in to a situation guns blazing -- instead, he looked at the big picture, weighed all of my options, and acted accordingly. I am very thankful for how he and his staff helped me through a very difficult time in my life. I felt cared for. I would recommend the LaMantia Law Firm to anyone who needed a lawyer

Finally, a lawyer who listened
Finally, a lawyer who listened. I had a custody and visitation case and had a lawyer for over one year who would never respond to my inquiries. I hired Anthony and finally found an attorney who was interested in my issues and resolved the matter quickly. I wish I had found him first.

Go elsewhere!!
The single stars are because there was no option for zero. Heed the warnings of the previous reviewers--do NOT under any circumstances hire this attorney. I still can't figure out how the outcome of my case ended up so badly. It was as if he had been hired by the other side. Seriously, Anthony LaMantia was that incompetent. If you are involved in a custody case and love your child, go elsewhere. You would probably do ten times better representing yourself than having Anthony LaMantia "fight" for you. There simply are no words for how horrible this attorney is.

RUN!!!
Doesn't return calls or emails, doesn't inform me of court dates or forward documents, and is no match for opposing counsel. But, there certainly is a hefty invoice for all this dodging and inertia!

Relationship: Worked for lawyer
"I owe my success, and by extension my many happy clients owe their own success, to Tony LaMantia. I worked for Tony both before and after I was sworn in as an attorney in South Carolina, and it was because of what he taught me--both about the law and about the practice thereof--that I was able to open up my own successful practice. What many don't realize, when it comes to attorneys, is that you generally get out what you put in -- much like anything else. Sometimes, clients can be their own worst enemy and don't always listen to the advice of their attorney. It causes frustration, and those folks are apt to shift blame. One of the things I liked best about working for Tony is that we worked well together. When I was new, I was *really* aggressive. Tony, however, was more measured. He pulled me away from being aggressive, and I pulled him away from being too measured. We made each other better. I'm a better attorney because of Tony, and I'd like to think the same goes for him."
