I was referred to Jessica Partain by a trusted friend at a time when I needed a strong attorney and one who would understand my case, especially as a mom. My ex-husband and I had a full agreement that we mediated ourselves. One week prior to our divorce hearing he decided he did not like the agreement and didn't want to pay child support. I hired Jessica to finalize my divorce in hopes we would still be able to finalize on our original date. She was ex...ceptional! The day after we met my ex was being served with a letter notifying him that we would not be reducing child support and we would now want revisions made to our current agreement. Jessica was able to negotiate an entirely new agreement in less than a week and still have our divorce and new agreement finalized in court without having to delay our original court date. The biggest aspect that she was able to obtain for me was the insertion of a relocation clause into the agreement which allows me to be able to move out of state with my children. Hiring Jessica was the best decision I made throughout my entire divorce process. Her knowledge, skill, attitude and capabilities are invaluable! I always felt that she was on my side and would fight to make sure the outcome was to my benefit and my children's benefit.
