Whitney would do 20 minutes worth of work and then be unreachable for days only to return to urgently ask for more money at 9pm. Please stay away.

My final hearing ended over a month ago. She has disconnected her phone number, has not responded to emails, will not return my case files to me, and opposing attorney has communicated better than my paid and hired attorney.

Whitney did an awesome job representing me with a hideous custody case. She knew how to handle my case from ever different angle. She was angry and firm when I was angry, she was compassionate when I was upset and she was positive when I was doubtful!! She is an awesome attorney who ended up bein...

Hired this attorney knowing she had little knowledge of family court and has never once tried a case or gone to trial. After not being able to get in touch with her for weeks and her never working on my case, I asked for my money back I gave her to hire an experienced attorney. Very very little kno...
I believe this review to have been posted fraudulently. As it is anonymous, it is unfortunate that it does not allow me an opportunity to respond more specifically. Additionally, the person who wrote this review states that he/she hired me "knowing I had little knowledge of family court and has ever once tried a case..etc." This statement clearly begs the question as to why someone who knew that an attorney had limited knowledge of family court and had no trial experience would hire said attorney to represent him/her in a family court matter. This statement simply does not make sense. Further, I have never had a client fire me and ask for a refund of the money he/she had already paid me so that he/she could obtain other counsel. As a result of the combination of the the first statement made in this review and the fact that I have never had a client ask me for a refund to obtain "an experienced attorney," I do not believe this could possibly be a review from an actual client.

Her follow through with my case was timely and efficient, and done with the upmost compassion for my situation. If and or when...
