You Won't Regret Calling Greg

Greg has represented me on multiple occssions, and I am happy to recommend his services to anyone that needs a Family Law Attorney. He realistically prepares you for the situation you are facing in a no-nonsence, yet very professional, way. You can walk into court knowing that you are in the absolut...e best hands possible. Highly recommend.

Knowledgeable and efficient

I found Mr. Forman to be very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient handling my uncontested divorce case. He actually drafts many of the documents right in front of you so that you can follow along and confirm that everything is correct. Communication was also excellent with quick replies to my emails....

Best SC Lawyer - Custody Battle

Mr. Forman is one of the best lawyers in SC. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a diligent, knowledgeable, and trustworthy lawyer. You can always check his website's published information which may relate to your issue which is convenient of you need to reference certain filings or processes. ... From the beginning he ensures you have reasonable expectations and what he believes your chances are in the "eyes" of the court. During the process, he keeps you informed and let's you know of anything he may need in a timely manner. He uses the law to take the best course of action in your case. My custody case ended up settling after 11 months and outside of mediation. We received an agreement which met all of my original goals. He was able to get fees awarded from the defendant during my case and filed and deem of admissions admitted which would help solidify my case if it was not settled. If it wasn't for hiring Mr. Forman or a comparable lawyer, I do not believe that would have been possible. He is as ethical as they come and will ensure he represents you to the best of his ability and communicates with the defendant or their representation in a respectful manner. I highly recommend him and believe he will do everything possible for his client regardless of the Court's decision.

Top Notch Attorney

I retained Greg for a custody case that I had reopened after losing several years prior. Being a military member stationed in another state, I knew I had a huge uphill battle and it was going to take an experienced attorney with a strong track record to have any hope. I found Greg on this very websit...e and saw that he had overwhelmingly positive reviews and, in particular, the reviewers had praised him for his accessibility and prompt communication, something that many attorneys--in my experience--are severely lacking on. Living out of state, it was very important that my attorney was not only capable, but also reachable. With that said, Greg was simply amazing, not only for his incredible knowledge and skill, but he worked with a passion and persistence that gave me a peace of mind that I had not experienced with any other attorney. Communication was constant, I received replies within hours, even on weekends and holidays. It was unbelievable how engaged he was from start to finish. Even more unbelievable was his passion for saving me money. During mediation, he drafted the final order, something he said he liked to do because it saved his clients money if he didn't have to charge for the time at mediation and the time to draft the order later. An attorney that doesn't try to squeeze every penny out of the client AND looks for ways to save them money? Was I dreaming? I knew I wasn't dreaming when I received a check in the mail from him that was a refund for the unused portion of my retainer. Yes, I said refund. Again, unbelievable! Another reviewer mentions that Greg is not empathetic, and they are right. If you are looking for empathy go to a therapist, if you are looking for an attorney that will work your case like you are the only client he has, with a level of knowledge and skill that can level the playing field for you in even the toughest cases, Greg Forman is the attorney for you. Without doubt or hesitation I would highly recommend him and would absolutely retain him again should the need ever arise.

Best Lawyer in Charleston, SC

I hired Mr. Forman to modify my child support. Mr. Forman is the best lawyer I have ever had. I wish I would have know about him when I first filed for a divorce. Mr. Forman is very direct, to the point, and did not waste mine or my family's money. His knowledge of the law and service he provides i...s invaluable. I would highly recommend Gregory Forman to anyone that needs a family court lawyer, is going through a divorce, or has child support.

"Greg started as an adversary, when I was working for another attorney. Then, he became a friend. After that, a mentor. Not only is Greg one of the most intelligent family law practitioners in the state of South Carolina, he may be the single-most generous such practitioner when it comes to his time and expertise; Greg is doing more for young attorneys than I've seen any law school do. He is a fierce advocate, a fearsome adversary, a trusted colleague, a generous mentor, and a wonderful friend."
