I have actually hired Rob Usry not once, but twice! Our first issue related to a minor accident and a charge of Driving under the Influence of alcohol. Rob instructed me on the activities I could take to increase my chances for a better outcome. These activities along with his talent for working with... the law enforcement officer led to a greatly downgraded charge that was very acceptable to me given the situation. Unfortunately, I was once again charged later the same year. While there was no accident or even any incident that led to the traffic stop, a second appearance in the same court did not look promising. Mr. Usry was very honest and forthcoming about the possible outcomes to this new charge. I have to say, it was not looking very positive.
