Greg B. Collins, a South Carolina native and graduate of the University of South Carolina in 2001, began his professional career as a Chemist. He then took his scientific knowledge with him as he attended and graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law. After admission to the South Carolina Bar, Mr. Collins worked as an Attorney in the Richland County Public Defender’s Office, where he successfully defended clients charged with various crimes including Driving under the influence (DUI), Drug Charges, Armed Robbery, Burglary, different levels of Assault, and Murder. During his tenure as an Assistant Public Defender, Mr. Collins spent a large amount of time in the courtroom, gaining valuable trial experience. Upon entering Civil Litigation, Mr. Collins handles a variety of cases and issues, including General Liability, Premises Liability, Automobile Accidents, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Insurance Defense Litigation, Construction Defect Litigation, Toxic Mold, Professional Liability and Criminal Defense. When he is not representing his clients, Greg is busy coaching the mock trial team at Ridgeview High School, serving on the Financial Stability Council of the United Way Midlands, and helping his wife raise their daughter.
