Personal/Business experience with Richard C. Detwiler

Rick has been both our personal and business lawyer for 20 plus years. In this time frame I have witnessed both his ability to quickly assess both the legal matter at hand, the pro/cons of the case and a strategy that, to date, has always been correct. He has guided our company through several lega...l matters that, by others opinion, we should have lost but we won. He understands his own limitations and is not afraid to call in others,with in the group, to ask their opinion based on their legal experiences. He has an incredible ability to evaluate the opposing legal council and quickly find the weakness in their position. Having known Rick these past 20 years I cannot think of a legal matter, be it personal or business, that I would want to face without him as my legal council.
