Timothy Ryan Langley

Timothy Ryan Langley did an outstanding job explaining my case and keeping me updated with regular progress reports. He was very well prepared for motions, depositions and responses to the court. I was very impressed with the courteous, professional and caring attention my case was given. Mr. Langley and his team were there for me and my family at a rough time. I'm pleased to say, he cared about me as a person and not just a client. There were some important things that had to be done, and he helped me get started and get them done!

I had a consultation scheduled with Mr. Langley for March 21. While I was driving to the meeting he called me when I was only a few blocks away from his office and told me he couldn’t meet with me because he had a conflict of interest with the party I desired to take action against. Of course that’s perfectly fine but the consultation was set up 3 days prior to the agreed upon meeting time and I can’t understand why he waited until literally THE last second to notify me of this. His office even called a couple days earlier to change the time of the meeting so it appeared that everyone was in the loop about everything. To make things worse, my mother was involved in the matter, and had to take a full day off from work to attend the consultation, losing a full day’s pay in the process. During the ride back, she and I discussed whether or not he truly had a conflict of interest or if that was just an excuse to blow us off. One thing’s for certain: he obviously waited to the very last minute to see what he had on his schedule that afternoon. That doesn’t appear to me to be the habit of a well prepared person so I can’t imagine how he would behave while representing a client. At the least, when he called to cancel, he could’ve referred me to another attorney since he wasted so much of our time that day but no, I guess that would’ve taken too much effort and integrity. In my opinion, it would be best to stay away from this guy.
