I came to Joe with a simple possession ticket. Being on probation I really could not afford to be charged with it. So we sat and talked about my situation and what were some possible ways to go about it. While talking to Joe mother once did I feel like he was judging me or like I was just another cli...

Mr Leventis is an extremely knowledgeable, lawyer whom represented my husband on a felony criminal matter/s. From the moment I first spoke with him on the phone, I felt relieved - He looked over the evidence with a fine tooth comb and he came up with a strategy to pursue the intent of dismissal. He ...
"I met Joe a few years ago when he first came out of law school. In the time that I have known him, he has not stopped learning and improving his skills. Many people claim on their web sites they are trial lawyers. Yet they rarely found in a courtroom unless pleading a client guilty. Joe tries cases. He makes the state prove its evidence. He has taken the time to learn how to confront the nonsense the state typically tries to introduce. If you’re looking for someone to represent you on a DUI you should ask them these three questions (1) what training do you have on the sobriety tests, (2) what training do you have on the breath testing machine, and most importantly (3) when is the last time you went to trial? If they’re not in the trenches battling for others, what makes you think they will battle for you. Joe Leventis is a fighter."
"I had the opportunity to get to know Joe when he was working with the 5th Circuit Solicitor's office. Not only is he a great lawyer, he is a great guy who will go the extra mile for his clients. I strongly recommend him."
"Joe Leventis is an outstanding attorney. He knows the law and how to fight for his clients. A true zealous advocate who genuinely cares about the outcome of his cases."
"I endorse this lawyer. Joseph is a very charismatic attorney who is well respected by all of his peers and clients."
