My experience with Chris Reinhardt began in April of 2012. He is extremely eloquent on behalf of his clients. He and his staff are dedicated and work hard to keep you well informed. He is exceptionally trustworthy, knowledgeable, and tenacious. He has brought me through one of the most difficult expe...riences of my life. I would highly recommend his legal services to anyone.

I met with Chris and he told me that he could help me , he told me that it would cost about 4k to do what i wanted in a civil case. I told him that it was very important that we act on this asap. A week after I gave him the money, he starts to tell me he is not sure if i have a case. Then I can not... get in touch with him for over 2 weeks. When i do, he says i still have a case but he needs to do more research, I told him if if he could not help me to send my money back. he assured me again he could help me. Then 2 weeks later i called him and asked him what he had done, He siad he had hired a new attorney and she would be heading up my case. He said that she would be in contact asap. Well two weeks later no call, no email all i kept getting was bill from them. I called after another 2 weeks and he said she would call me tomorrow. Well a week later she calls me and tells me i dont have a case. I then called Chris and asked him to send me back my money. He refused to take my calls or talk to me on the phone., He told me that he would not be sending my money back due to he had spent the retainer on research? That i would have to find another attorney to help me, that he was too busy ? So after close to 5 months, this guy says he spent all my money and did not do anything for me. I would highly suggest you do not do business with this guy.

Reinhardt failed to communicate with me on the most important facets of my case. Like my ex-parte hearing, he did not even tell me it was happening, but showed up to it, didn't fight for my case in any way, then charged me for it excessively. His secretaries failed to send me proper billing, and fail...ed to give him messages that I was sending. At one of my court appearances, his partner Bull showed up in his lieu, asked for a continuance, and I was never informed this was going to happen. And they charged me for that too. When I requested Reinhardt to fight a discrimination issue I felt I had experienced by a Buncombe County magistrate, his plainly told me that I should seek a lawyer from another district because he would not go up against the judges or magistrates that he has to appear before everyday in his job.
