When my son was arrested in July for DWI, we knew he would need good legal representation. As someone who has never needed a lawyer in their life I was worried and confused about everything when I got a DUI. Amy listened to everything I had to say attentively and really engaged in the situation before I even hired her. After I did hire her she took no time to get everything she needed to s...et up another meeting to discuss what the game plan was in order to keep me from getting railroaded for making a mistake. I was worried about loosing my license and therefore loosing my job and Amy took me step by step through the process of getting a hardship license so I can go do what I need to for my family. I am greatly appreciative on how helpful and knowledgeable she was and though I hope to never need another lawyer in my life if I ever do she will be the first one I call.

Amy Smith was great!!! I called several offices in the area with no response but Amy called me back in 15 minutes. I don’t live in the area anymore and explained it would be difficult to make it up there for a court date and she got on it right away! The price was more than fair and the work was more... than professional. I was able to do everything over the phone, and she dismissed the nonsense charges against me. She even went out of her way to go collect documents from the courthouse for me literally minutes after I called her. Working with Amy was a breeze and I didn’t have to lift a finger.
