Bull & Reinhardt is a firm that gets by on their historical reputation, but their services no longer meet standards. Specifically, Adam Bull displayed poor response and communication to emails and other case pertinent attempts at contact. He will then attempt to steam roll you through lawyer tactics ...if you express dissatisfaction. After weeks of not responding to attempts at communication, he tried to charge for an "impromptu" meeting and subsequent email chain totaling $1000 AFTER he had already documented services being discontinued. Id say go with Adam Bull and Bull & Reinhardt only if you feel like dealing the state bar association to address with their ineptitude and subsequent retaliatory reaction. I spent $10k with them and this was the service I received.

During my initial consultation, he did not ask many questions, kept interrupting me and started making recommendations before he heard the whole story. Further, after I ceased to have him represent me, he continued to work on my behalf, although I never saw the results of his work product in documen...ts that he said he produced. Prior to me terminating the relationship, when I did need his advice, it took numerous phone calls and desperate emails before finally receiving a call back from him...four weeks later. It was then I terminated my relationship with him, and yet he continued to "work" on my account for over a year depleting the retainer I thought I was going to get back like he said I would if the matter did not exceed what was paid in retainer fees. After he burned through my retainer, he kept sending invoices for more fees. I called his office and his secretary said, "You'll have to tawk with him" so I left a message for him and doubt I will hear back. If he wouldn't return my calls when I needed his advice, I doubt he'll do it to refund my retainer fees. Bottom line: seek professional advice elsewhere. If you do go with him, make sure you are VERY clear on what you want and MAKE SURE HE LISTENS TO YOU. Also, I would not recommend paying a retainer because if you are disappointed then you may not get it back. Other than that, he is very nice and friendly and has a pleasant demeanor.

Adam Bull in the past successfully represented me in a child custody case, and drafted a lease agreement for one of my rental properties. However, I recently hired his services to represent me in a case against one of my renters. He told me he would accept my case for $750.00 however, all I got in ...return for my money was 2 letters and a 1 hour meeting. He tells me now that I will have to pay him an additional 3,500 dollars to continue my case. In addition, I live in another county that is over 100 miles away from his office, and when I called or emailed his office, neither he nor his staff would ever respond in a timely manner. I had to resort to making daily phone calls and emails which were mostly ignored. I am appalled and disappointed in the way our recent business relationship has transpired.
