Krinn E. Evans

Before he would discuss the case, Mr. Evans wanted $700. He prepared one document and pressed for more money to go to court. Seven months later, when needing to go to court, he discloses that he will not come to the adjoining county where the case needs to be heard. Why didn't you say so before tak...ing my $700? He is not a good attorney and is unprofessional.

I was assigned this attorney as my public defender. First issue, they need more than two people to run the office, I first went to their building and sat outside for 2 hours. Building lights off, doors locked, at 10 am on a Monday. Second issue, that day I called and left a message before leaving, no... one called me back until I called a second time a month later. They tried to tell me they never received my first message. Third after finally receiving a call back, I attempted to explain my situation, because I assumed he is a decent attorney and is there to defend my innocence. He spoke over me at every opportunity, then made a very snarky comment that I took offensive. When I voiced how I thought he was being rude, he agreed and said, "Well yes, I am being rude." To which I lost my temper. It is no surprise to me he has been flagged, I would not recommend him to anyone! The only reason the is even one star is because it wouldn't submit this review without.
